In Owl Class, we recognise the importance of DEIB and we aim to create an environment where all of our pupils feel valued and respected. We do this by educating our pupils to understand that everyone has a place in our school, regardless of their background or identity. We also take time to discuss the importance of everyone being given equal opportunities to thrive and succeed.
